The abilities of our multi-skilled workforce are expressed in every element of every product we manufacture. Over 40% of our employees have more than 10 years’ continuous service with the company. Their loyalty and commitment has reinforced our values of quality and workmanship, helping to sustain skills such as veneering, detailed cabinet construction and hand finishing and passing these skills on to our apprentices.
